011. Purpose and scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Beldrux collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information when you visit beldrux.com, create an account, play games, claim complimentary virtual rewards, contact support or otherwise use the service. It also describes the choices and privacy rights that may apply to you.
022. Who is responsible for your information
The data controller and operator of Beldrux is LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ZABUZHYA-AGRO” (LLC “ZABUZHYA-AGRO”), company identification code 44821143, registered at 13 Shkilna Street, Zabuzhzhia village, Kovel District, Volyn Region, 44310, Ukraine. Privacy and support requests may be sent to [email protected]. Contracted service providers process information only for documented service purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards.
033. Information you provide
We may collect information submitted directly through registration, account settings, consent controls, restriction requests and support communications.
- Email address, username and password-derived authentication record.
- Confirmation that you meet the minimum age requirement.
- Messages, attachments and information supplied to customer support.
- Choices relating to cookies, analytics, personalization and marketing where available.
- Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict or close an account.
044. Account and profile information
Account records may include a unique internal identifier, username, normalized email address, account status, creation time, last activity, eligibility confirmations, active sessions and security history. Passwords are not stored in readable form; only appropriately salted cryptographic password hashes are retained.
055. Gameplay and virtual wallet information
To operate the service accurately, we process virtual GC balances, wallet ledger entries, complimentary reward claims, virtual stakes, round results, game identifiers, level progress, lifetime activity and timestamps. These records allow the service to display balances, prevent duplicate claims, resolve interrupted rounds and investigate errors or abuse.
066. Device, network and log information
When you use Beldrux, technical logs may record browser and device type, operating system, language, page or feature requested, timestamps, error information, session identifiers and approximate network information such as IP address. These records support security, availability, debugging, fraud prevention and compliance.
077. Cookies and similar technologies
Necessary cookies or local storage support login sessions, security, consent records and essential preferences. Optional analytics, advertising or personalization technologies are used only when permitted and when the corresponding consent is active. More detail about categories and choices appears in the Cookie Policy.
088. How we use information
Personal information may be used to provide and secure accounts, maintain an accurate virtual wallet, deliver game rounds, determine reward availability, respond to support, enforce age and territory rules, apply responsible-play restrictions, detect misuse, monitor reliability, improve the experience, document consent and meet legal obligations.
099. Legal bases for processing
We process information where necessary to perform the user agreement, pursue legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving Beldrux, comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, protect users and the service, or act on consent for optional technologies and communications. Where consent is the legal basis, it may be withdrawn without affecting processing already performed lawfully.
1010. Age eligibility
Beldrux is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the service to children. If we learn that an ineligible minor provided personal information, we may restrict the account, investigate the report and delete or retain relevant records as required by law and security obligations.
1111. Responsible-play information
If you activate a cool-off period or self-exclusion, we process the restriction type, start time, end time where applicable and enforcement status. This information is used to block game rounds and uphold your request. Certain restriction records may need to be retained after closure to prevent circumvention and meet safety or legal requirements.
1212. Fraud, abuse and service security
We may analyze account, session, device, wallet and claim activity to detect duplicate accounts, automated behavior, unauthorized access, exploitation, manipulation or other misuse. Decisions with significant legal effect are not based solely on automated processing unless permitted by applicable law and supported by required safeguards.
1313. Analytics and product improvement
When optional analytics is permitted, aggregated or pseudonymous event data may be used to understand navigation, feature adoption, errors and performance. Analytics events must not include passwords, full access tokens or unnecessary direct identifiers. Consent can be withdrawn through the available privacy controls.
1414. When information is shared
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with contracted hosting, infrastructure, security, authentication, analytics, support and game-technology providers; professional advisers; corporate transaction participants; or authorities where disclosure is legally required. Providers receive only the information needed for their assigned function.
1515. Game providers and external services
Approved game integrations may receive limited technical or session information required to launch content, return a result or secure the integration. Each provider is limited to the information needed for its role and is subject to applicable contractual and data-protection requirements. Links to independent websites are governed by their own privacy notices.
1616. International data transfers
Service providers may operate in countries different from your own. Where required, international transfers are protected through an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another recognized safeguard.
1717. Data retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, virtual-ledger integrity, security, dispute resolution and legal compliance. Active account and wallet records are generally retained while the account exists. After closure, records needed to complete deletion, prevent fraud, preserve restriction enforcement, resolve disputes or satisfy applicable limitation and recordkeeping periods may be retained and then deleted or anonymized. Operational logs are kept for shorter periods unless a security incident requires preservation.
1818. Account closure and deletion
Closing an account ends ordinary use of the profile but does not necessarily erase every record immediately. Some information may be retained to complete closure, prevent fraud, enforce restrictions, resolve disputes, maintain virtual ledger integrity or comply with law. Data that is no longer required is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
1919. Security measures
The operator uses safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service, including encrypted transport, password hashing, access controls, session protection, monitoring, backups and secure development practices. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Players should use unique passwords and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2020. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to receive information, access personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Rights may be subject to lawful exceptions, identity verification and record-retention requirements.
2121. How to exercise your rights
Submit a request through the published privacy contact and describe the account or information concerned. We may request proportionate information to confirm identity and protect the account. The operator will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful reason a request cannot be fulfilled in full.
2222. Marketing choices
Beldrux sends promotional electronic messages only where permitted and with the required consent or other legal basis. Every marketing message provides a practical opt-out. Service messages about security, account status, restrictions or material policy changes are not promotional and may still be sent when necessary.
2323. Do Not Track and regional signals
Browser privacy signals and legally recognized opt-out mechanisms are handled as required in supported jurisdictions. Where a recognized signal applies, it is used to limit the corresponding optional processing.
2424. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be updated when the service, providers, processing purposes or legal requirements change. The revised page will display a new update date. Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email or through another appropriate notice before they take effect where required.
2525. Complaints and supervisory authorities
Please contact us first so that we can investigate your concern. You may also submit a complaint to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to another competent data-protection authority where applicable. This right does not prevent you from pursuing any other remedy available under applicable law.
