TERMS OF USE

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “ZABUZHYA-AGRO” (LLC “ZABUZHYA-AGRO”), company identification code 44821143, as operator of Beldrux, concerning your access to beldrux.com, the player account, games, virtual Gold Coins, complimentary rewards and related services. By creating an account, accessing authenticated features or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Play information. If you do not agree, do not register or continue using Beldrux.

2. About Beldrux

Beldrux is a free-to-play social casino entertainment service for adults. It offers slot-style and casual game experiences using virtual Gold Coins identified as GC. Beldrux is not a real-money casino, does not accept deposits or wagers of money, and does not provide cash-out, sweepstakes redemption, merchandise redemption or prizes of monetary value.

3. Definitions

In these Terms, “account” means the personal profile used to access authenticated features; “GC” or “Gold Coins” means the virtual entertainment counter used inside Beldrux; “games” means provider content, demonstrations and Beldrux Original experiences made available through the service; “operator” means the legal entity responsible for Beldrux; and “service” means the website, account system, game lobby, promotions, virtual wallet and related functionality.

4. Eligibility and territory

You may use Beldrux only if you are at least 21 years old, have legal capacity to enter an agreement and are permitted to access social casino entertainment in your location. Beldrux applies this 21+ minimum even where the local legal age may be lower. You are responsible for complying with applicable local rules. The operator may use reasonable technical or account controls to confirm eligibility, restrict unsupported territories or request additional information where necessary.

5. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current and complete registration information. Each person may maintain only one account unless the operator expressly approves otherwise. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, shared or used on behalf of another person. The operator may reject a registration, require correction of inaccurate information or close duplicate accounts.

6. Credentials and account security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity performed through your account. Use a unique password and do not disclose session links or authentication information. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. The operator may temporarily lock an account, invalidate sessions or require a credential reset where an account or the service may be at risk.

7. Virtual Gold Coins

GC exists only as a limited, revocable feature of the service. GC is not money, cryptocurrency, stored value, property, a security or a prize. It cannot be purchased, withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred between players, sold, inherited or used outside Beldrux. A displayed balance does not represent funds held for you and creates no debt or payment obligation owed by the operator.

8. Complimentary allocations and rewards

The operator may provide complimentary GC through registration allocations, hourly currents, daily chests, weekly rewards or other promotions. Eligibility, timing, amount and availability may vary and may be changed or discontinued. Claims may be limited by account, device, household, period or other reasonable criteria. Missed rewards do not accrue unless expressly stated, and no reward is guaranteed to remain available.

9. Game play and outcomes

Games are provided solely for entertainment. Individual rounds may use chance-based mechanics. Past outcomes do not predict future outcomes, and visual effects do not represent monetary winnings. The authoritative result of a round is the result recorded by the service. If a communication interruption occurs, the account may be reconciled to the server-recorded result.

10. Game providers and third-party content

The lobby may display games associated with third-party providers. Provider names, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The catalog shown to a player reflects current account and regional availability, which may change when provider, technical or territorial availability changes.

11. Acceptable use

Use the service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment and in accordance with these Terms.

• Do not use bots, scripts, automation or unauthorized software to interact with accounts, claims or games.
• Do not exploit defects, manipulate requests, reverse engineer protected functionality or bypass security controls.
• Do not create multiple accounts to obtain repeated allocations or evade restrictions.
• Do not impersonate another person, provide false eligibility information or access another player’s account.
• Do not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or overload infrastructure.
• Do not use Beldrux for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or commercial activity.

12. Responsible play and restrictions

Beldrux is intended to remain balanced entertainment. Chance-based and casino-style mechanics can become difficult to control for some people even when no real money or prizes are involved. You may use available cool-off or self-exclusion controls. While an account restriction is active, new game rounds may be blocked for the selected period. The operator may also apply protective restrictions where required by law, safety concerns or evidence of misuse. Restrictions do not create a right to compensation or restoration of missed virtual rewards.

13. Intellectual property and limited licence

The service, software, design, text, Beldrux branding, original artwork, audio, animations and compilation of content are owned by or licensed to the operator. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the service for private entertainment. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

14. Player submissions and feedback

If the service permits feedback, support messages or other submissions, you must have the right to provide them and must not submit unlawful, infringing or harmful material. You grant the operator permission to use feedback about the service without restriction or payment, provided that personal information continues to be handled under the Privacy Policy.

15. Maintenance, changes and availability

The operator may update, test, suspend, replace or discontinue games, rewards, balances, features or the service itself. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider changes or events outside reasonable control. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of any particular game or promotion.

16. Corrections and enforcement

The operator may investigate suspected errors, security incidents or violations. Where reasonably necessary, it may correct an erroneous virtual balance, reverse a duplicate claim, cancel an invalid round, restrict features, suspend an account or terminate access. Records may be preserved where required for security, dispute handling or legal compliance.

17. Account closure

You may request account closure through the designated support channel. The operator may close or suspend an account for breach of these Terms, ineligibility, prolonged inactivity, legal requirements, security risk or discontinuation of the service. On closure, the licence to use Beldrux ends and unused GC is cancelled without payment because GC has no cash value.

18. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. The operator does not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for your device, connectivity and decisions about how and when you use the service.

19. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss associated with virtual balances, unavailable rewards, device issues or third-party services. Any limitation will apply only to the extent valid in your jurisdiction and will not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

20. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for reasonable losses, claims and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the service, material breach of these Terms or violation of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from the operator’s own unlawful conduct.

21. Changes to these Terms

The operator may revise these Terms to reflect service changes, security needs, provider requirements or applicable law. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes may be presented through the service or by another appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted; otherwise you may stop using and close the account.

22. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the relationship between you and the operator are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Unless mandatory law permits or requires another forum, disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ukraine. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

23. General provisions

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect and the affected provision will be interpreted as closely as legally possible to its intended purpose. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or agreement; the operator may transfer the service and these Terms as part of a lawful corporate transaction, subject to applicable notice requirements.
